Throughout my career, I’ve gained diverse experiences that have shaped my leadership perspective. I began as an investment banker at CIBC, later transitioning to Egon Zehnder, a globally-recognized search firm, where I refined my ability to identify and assess top leadership talent. This combination of financial expertise and strategic insight inspired me to establish my own executive search practice.
Leading DES, my goal is to offer a personalized, bespoke and agile approach that larger firms often lack. Leveraging a high-touch model, strong relationships with leaders and boards, and competency-based assessments, I align leadership talent with each organization’s vision and culture.
