Executive searches are a lot more nuanced than people think and the most confidential mandates require special approaches that might surprise you.
Demand for confidential searches has increased as client companies focus on understanding the market landscape and protecting their brand in pursuit of top talent. This is an intricate exercise since the risk of leaks is so great, and the stakes are so high.
With this backdrop, I am thrilled to share that the Harvard Business Review has published my article on maintaining secrecy when leading a senior executive search. Thank you to the HBR for recognizing the importance of this issue to clients and for showcasing the techniques employed in keeping a search discreet when the situation calls for it.
